We are getting texts & emails with customers just checking in now & again to find out if we have a rough idea of when their jewellery will be completed. The situation at the moment is as follows...

We do have goldsmiths working in isolation but, as you can imagine, at a greatly reduced rate. This means most jobs that were underway before the lockdown will continue to be worked on. The main problem we have is with the restrictions we cannot travel to & from the shop to arrange collections or insured post. This means that until the restrictions are eased we cannot send any jewellery out to our customers. Apologies for this but it is obviously beyond our control.

Just a quick update regarding our insured deliveries.....

If you have jewellery that is complete & are waiting for it to be sent to you please bear with us. In the current climate even though the shop is closed to the public, we feel we should not be visiting to collect & post out jewellery. As soon as we are ready to send your jewellery to you we will contact you.

Also, please note that any jewellery that you have sent us may not be received on the day you expect it to be. We will do our best to arrange redelivery but in a worse case scenario it may end up coming back to you.

Just in case you did not read our previous update the shop closed at the end of the day on Saturday 21st March. This will be until the situation improves.
