Here we go again! Following yesterday’s announcement Brighton will be entering tier 4 from 26/12/20. Sadly this means the shop will be closed for a while but rest assured  we will be reopening as soon as the regulations allow. Here are some answers to questions we have been asked during previous lockdowns by our customers. Hopefully they will help but feel free to get in touch if your queries are not answered:

Q1) You are making a bespoke piece for me. Will work continue on my jewellery?

A1) Yes. We are lucky enough to have goldsmiths working in isolation so although things may be running a little slower we are still working on your jewellery.

Q2) Are you able to take on new commissions during lockdown?

A2) Yes. We are picking up emails from home so feel free to get in touch about jewellery remodelling, bespoke engagement rings, wedding rings & any other jewellery.

Q3) Can I pay the balance on my jewellery that is now complete?

A4) Yes, but this may have to be via bank transfer if we are not in the shop with access to the card machine.

Q5) I need to contact the shop. What’s the best way to get in touch?
